Please help. After installing the HP 8710 printer I can not bring it up via it's url with internet browser. I'm an admin so not right at the printer, but everything seems to check out fine when running HP Scan Doctor, but no matter what I do I can't bring up the simply web page view from another PC on the subnet. I'd like to possibly reassign the IP, etc. but can't get it to come up. It's set up by connecting it to our wi-fi router wirelessly. I can print to it just fine from the workstation, but I'd like to bring it up as an admin from any pc, including the one sitting closeby, but I get the spinner forever, it can't bring up the page. The very first time I set up the printer when we purchased it, I know I could get to this page, but now after reinstalling twice, I still can't bring up the page via it's IP address/url.

Hi,
Any chance someone may change its Firewall Settings and unintentionally blocked the EWS page access?
Another possibility would be any network problem.
Please swipe down the top bar of the printer screen to show its Dashboard, then click the gear icon.
Select Printer Maintenance and from there select Restore.
Select Restore Network Defaults and confirm any prompt.
For a wireless connection open the dashboard again, click the wireless icon and then the gear icon and follow the Wireless Setup Wizard.
For a Wired Ethernet connection locate its IP from the Ethernet icon in the Dashboard and try accessing the EWS page again.
f the same persists, I suggest checking with the IT or Network Administrator, as such will not load due to any network configuration issue or blockage, restoring the network settings for the printer denies any possible incorrect setting from the printer's side.
Regards,
Shlomi
