I am unable to claim 4months instantink for the new printer i purchased.

I was using the HP smart software on my laptop and I keep getting this message - Your HP+ printer can’t be claimed here. This is a new printer that needs to be set up using the HP Smart software or app.

@Pazhoor, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I see that you have issues with setting up the printer, I'd suggest you remove the existing HP Smart App and follow the steps from the document HP printer setup (HP Smart app) to set up the printer from scratch.

This printer requires HP Smart Account which has an in-built instant ink enrollment option that will help you claim the free months.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
