Hello, I am unable to use my printer. I keep getting the message "Printer setup incomplete. This printer has cloud-based features that require it to be registered to an HP account." However it IS registered to me and I can see it in my list of devices both on my laptop when I log onto my HP account. So what's the issue?

Hi @JC347
.
1. This printer model Officejet 9125e needs to be registered in HP Smart site to complete setup process.
.
2. Go to hpsmart.com/activate to complete.
.
3. Follow steps from the next video:
4. If you continue to have issues, contact HP+ Support.

I was able to resolve my own issue by doing a factory reset of the printer and starting the setup over from square 1. Disappointing that it took so long to get it worked out, and the error messages were not at all helpful, but glad it is fixed now.
