Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, I am unable to configure my printer with laptop. please help to solve the problem.

It is not allowing to run the app as it is saying App is blocked and will not allow to install.

What should i disable to run this printer app. 

Please help. Thanks.
