HP DeskJet 2720e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently received a replacement router with a new network name and password etc. Since then I have been unable to switch my existing HP Deskjet 2720e printer to the new network. The printer is switched on, the WiFi symbol is flashing blue. The rpinter shows as offline when viewed through HP Smart app - I cannot get the device to come online, unable to use the add device or setup rooutine through the app. I'm at my wits end - how can something as simple as this be causing me so much grief. Desperate for any advice to get this sorted please.

              Hello KenWB,

You must go to the printer's network settings and select the new Wifi network for your Box. You will then be asked to enter the WEP (or WPA) key of the Wifi network (written under the box if you have not changed it). Then the printer should connect to the network.
