Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that you are unable to connect your HP printer, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you getting any errors or messages while connecting your printer? 
  • Have you successfully installed printer drivers and software for Windows?
  • Are you able to print from other devices?
