I previously had my desktop and laptop hooked up to my HP Smart Tank 6001 printer. We got a new wifi system, including a new router. Now I can't get the printer to recognize the new system. I've tried from the desktop, the laptop and Smart Scan app. The wifi light is blinking blue on the printer. The app doesn't find the printer. The desktop shows the printer but says it's offline. There is no port on this model that I can find to connect by ethernet cable. Please, any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Clangel62

You may need to restart Wifi network connection.

1. Please follow steps from the next video to setup your printer:

2. After that just go to HP Smart app then add your printer.
