I have recently purchased an HP Deskjet 2630. As part of the software downloads there was the print & scan doctor. I have experienced some issues with printing and tried to use the print & scan doctor to resolve this. I get as far as the searching for product screen and it just disappears. I am using this on Windows 10. Any help will be appreciated

Hi @BBB5
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Try these steps to re-install the printer driver -
1. In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program".
2. Look for HP Printer software.
3. Right-click to uninstall.
4. In the search box, type and open “Devices and printers”.
5. In the Devices and Printers, look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose “Delete” or “Remove Device”.
6. Open the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7. Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”).
8. Click on the "Drivers" tab.
9. Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click “Remove” at the bottom.
10. Select Ok.
11. Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows.
12. Close Devices and Printers Once the software and drivers are removed.
13. Restart the computer.
14. Download and install the software and drivers from here.
15. Click on the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Are you able to print?
Download the HP Print and Scan Doctor. Go to the downloads folder and right click on the HPPSdr.exe file and then click on "Troubleshoot Compatibility".
If the issue still persists, try these steps -
1) In the search box, type and open "Run" or press and hold down Windows and R button together to access the run window and type - C:\Program Files (x86)\HP
2) Delete "Diagnostics folder" from the list.
3) Open the run window again and type this - %appdata%
4) Delete HPPSDr folder from the list.
Download and run the Print and Scan Doctor Utility version 5.2.1 from this link.
Let me know.
