Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I previously had HP Smart on my work computer but it needed an update to continue to work and I was unable to download it. I uninstalled with a view to reinstall with the new version but since uninstalling it has been impossible to reinstall. I am able to click the 'install' button but then this just hangs indefinitely and doesn't install the software.

 

Any help anyone can suggest?

Try downloading the latest version of HP Smart app from here.

If the issue persists, kindly use the full-featured driver to print or scan from your computer. You may download it from HP Support site.
