I am trying to download the HP Smart App from 123.hp.com and the Microsoft Store for my HP DeskJet Plus 4100 All-in-one-series. It gives me the below error: I've downloaded this app before and it worked OK. The printer is powered on with the W-fi blue dot blinking and my desktop computer (also a HP) is connected to Wi-Fi.
