Hi Andr-1611

I saw your previous post and tried those solutions without success.  Thanks.

Hi Nmrod666,

What does that mean exactly?
Error code?
Is there a screenshot?

Hi Andr-1611

Apologies, I will try to explain better.

Update from printer panel gives me this:

Retry gives same error.

Using embedded web server

Screenshot 2023-05-26 095113.jpg

This stays at 0% and gives the same error message on the printer panel as the image above.

I have also downloaded the latest Firmware: 001.2314A (File name OJP8020_8030_2314A) and tried to run it but all I get is a very brief flash of a black screen and nothing further happens.

Also please note I have also tried these methods with my Anti-Virus disabled, and the printer is connected to Instant Ink.
