Hi. I cannot download the DeskJet Plus 4152 "HP Smart" app for my PC from Micro Soft Store because the site isn't working for me. I get a message saying "Something happened at our end. Try again later." I've tried several times over with no success.
Can you please send me a link so that I can download the file directly from you? Thank you.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printer setup.
I'm afraid Microsoft Store is the only option.
I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this issue, they should be able to take a remote access and help you.
