Hi friend,

I read replies of HP employees and appreciate the help you guys are giving us.
My issue is that my printer is visible in HP Smart App, I can easily print / scan / change setting etc of the printer without any issue. Further, I can print from multiple devices.
However, I am unable to add that printer to the list of 'Owned Printers' as I can not find the option to add claim code on the 'Account Dashboard' webpage. 
What am I doing wrong?
