HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Up until recently I have been able to connect to and print to my Envy 6000e printer. However as of late, I suspect because of a Windows 11 update, the printer no longer shows as available. I have tried numerous times and numerous options to get the printer to show however I can't. When I log into the HP Smart app on my iPad or my Android phone the printer is there, shows as online and I can print to it from my phone and tablet.

 

I have tried:

Starting and restarting the printer

Power cycled the router

Disabled the firewall on my PC

Moved the printer closer to the router

Uninstalled and reinstalled the HP Smart App on my PC

Restarted my PC

Printer & PC are on the same wireless network

PC is updated with the latest Windows update

 

Even with all of this, the printer doesn't show in the HP Smart app at all so I am at a loss. Any ideas would be appreciated.
