OFFICEJET 7210
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Hello All,

I am a newcomer here and apologise in advance if my question is idiotic. I am a member of freecycle.org and I got a free office jet 7210 all in one printer. I want to use it with my Macbook Pro running High Sierra 10.13.6. I am able to find a driver online here - https://driver-hp.net/hp-officejet-7210v-driver/

I am able to install it without any issue but after that I am simply not able to add the printer, or find it on the wifi or even when I physically connect it on the USB. zilch nada illay - nothing at all happens.

Any help will be gratefully received.

Many many many thanks

@Yesjee

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

After reading your post I did go through the Software and drivers for HP Officejet 7210 All-in-One Printer (Q5560A) and found out that due to the age of this printer it is not supported in macOS 10.13 High Sierra.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
