Welcome to the HP English Community --

Any full driver printer software for this printer is long gone (no longer available).

At this writing, Software and Drivers does still offer the opportunity to install and use the Built-in Windows print drivers to regain basic print function.

Old driver is Gone

We see occasional questions about printers for which full driver software installation packages are no longer listed for current (or older) versions of Windows.

The full driver printer software for this printer is no longer listed as available from HP.

When available for the printer and a supported version of Windows, install the Windows Built-in print drivers.

When installed, the Windows print driver supports basic print function.

The Windows Built-in print drivers worked great but did not pick up the Scanner.

True - Built-in Print Drivers are for print.

Try one of the mentioned  Windows Scan apps in my first response.

There are likely others — Take a look in the Microsoft Store, for example.

There are third party apps out there — paid or not —

Always be aware of where you are on the Internet — some sites are great, others can ruin your experience.
