I am unable to finish my printer setup, always errors with UA_400_EB000U0422. Tried on my laptop as well as my mobile device. I get the same error. Tried all the solutions provided on the support website, none of them resolved my issue.

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

 

During a printer setup with the HP Smart app, a We’re sorry, something went wrong error displays. Check the error code that displays, and then follow the steps to resolve that error.

 

UA_400_EB000U0422 error indicates the printer was set up earlier with a different account. Log in to that account and continue setup. If the printer is being set up for the first time, contact support.
