I'm on the rolling ink contract with HP, however as a Uni student I have been unable to connect my printer to wifi (eduroam), therefore HP don't know when to send me more ink. How is best for me to get the ink?

HP Recommended

You will not be able to connect to your schools WiFi because they use Enterprise Authentication.   Try here...

 

Read here on why you can't connect your wireless printer to a network requesting additional security and information (username and password).  Instant Ink help here too.

If you can't connect via Hot Spot on your sell phone, best to cancel Instant Ink and buy cartridges from the store.
