I am trying to reinstall my HP printer software for HP Laser jet pro MFP M127fw. It gives me error : A problem occurred while installing software to your system. please restart your computer, and run this installer again...' it gives the message HP installer stopped working'
I tried doing everything what HP virtual assistant recommended but to no success. please help me.

Hi,
Please open the Setup menu on the printer, select Service and then select HP Smart Install and disable the feature, then restart your printer.
Now try reinstalling the HP Software and check for any difference.

I have similar issue..But as per your suggestion to other member, I am not able to see my printer in program and features.
Error x - An Install Operation took too long execute. This is fatal Error Preventing product use.
Please restart your computer, and run this installer again. if the problem persists, Please check the product support web site for your product.
Even I tried to reinstall the driver in some other machines also but getting the same output(Error) so please tell me how to resolve the issue.

Hi,
Please click the Start dialog and select run, then type the following and press OK:
printui.exe /s
Now open the drivers tab and take a screenshot of tue screen (you may use Snipping tool or press the windows logo + shift + S keys at the same tome and take a screenshot), please attach the picture to your reply (click the Camera icon to add a picture), to better understand any possible cause.
