My HP Color LaserJet 2025 worked fine on my Windwos10 PC, but it isn't being found by the installation program when I try to install it onto my new Windows 11 PC.
The Serial No isn't recognized by the website, either (sn[edited).
Does anyone have any ideas how to install the printer onto my PC? Many thanks.

Hi @SATongeMoor
Ok, if that doesn't work 🤔
...then try the next steps:
1. Please install the next drivers for your printer on Windows computer:
2. Once installed then restart your Windows computer.
3. Then go to Configuration > Printers > Add Printer on Windows.
* Click YES to say thank you,
* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
Best regards,

Thank you for the software link. However, the installation was unsuccessful. After a couple of failed attempts I ensured that:
- the software was being run from the Downloads folder on the C: drive;
- the USB lead has been unplugged, as the software requests;
- the Compatibility tab was set to XP(update 2);
- the .exe file was right-clicked and Run As Administrator.
This is clean install on a new PC: there is only one user - the primary user (me) - and Administrator by default.
Every time I got the error message:
"This software cannot be installed using the "Run as..." command......
...Click Cancel... Log off and then begin as a user with administrator privileges. ...... have the primary user of this computer install the software. Restart the installation by removing and re-inserting this installation CD."
Am I going wrong somewhere?
