Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A friend reported that her wireless HP 5020 printer on a HP Windows 10 laptop was printing multiple pages that were nothing to do with her. Thinking this was a neighbour accidentally using the printer via wi-fi, I changed the printer password. Since then Windows 10 will not recognise the printer at all!
In an effort to correct, I reset the printer to factory defaults - no good.
I uninstalled the software as per:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/Driver-not-available-on-HP-Envy-5020/td...

Then reinstalled. Windows 10 claimed to find a suitable driver and advised downloading HP SMART.
This did not work either!

Please do not suggest my trying again - or deleting all entries from the registry & deleting all files/folders for this printer. I have repeatedly done so, but still get the same result:

Searching on the internet I found that many people have exactly the same problem with this printer.
The only solution that seemed to work was:

https://ftp.ext.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/EN5000/EN5000_Full_WebPack_44.4.2679.exe
However this is no longer available.

Can anyone help?
