Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I download the software driver (HP-LaserJet-Pro-M12w-Full-Drivers-and-Software-for-windows) from the HP website. When it completes the extraction, nothing happens. Rebooted the system and still the same.

Hi,

Right-click the Start button and select Run, then paste the following and press OK:

C:\LJPM11-M13_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe

 

This should launch the installation, then follow the steps on the screen to install the printer.
