@dheerajarora242, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP LaserJet M1005 MFP.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution. We hope our assistance has been helpful!

The HP LaserJet M1005 MFP does not officially support Windows devices with ARM processors directly. However, you can try alternative methods to get basic printing functionality:

  1. Windows Update:

    • Ensure that your Windows 10/11 on ARM is up-to-date. Windows Update may automatically find drivers that offer basic functionality.
  2. Generic Drivers:

    • Check if the existing generic drivers for printers in Windows can provide basic print functionality. You can add a printer and select drivers meant for generic PCL printers.
  3. HP Smart App:

    • While the HP Smart App offers extensive compatibility, verify its availability on the Microsoft Store for ARM-based devices.
  4. Network Printing:

    • If your printer is network-enabled, try connecting to it via IP over your network. This might use built-in support for network printers.

I hope this helps!

Take care and have an amazing day!
