Product: HP Officejet Pro 6830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Been trying to install a firmware and features upgrades to my printer that the HP Support Assistant app says I need but they are grayed out in my file system.  I got the downloads for them but can't install. Is it because its out of warranty? That was the same ***bleep***  Dell tried on me so I dumped them and I will not pay an absurd amount for a new warranty from HP either! anyone know why this is happening??

Ok lots have seen this and no one wants to tell me so I am probably correct that its due to the warranty issue. Ok I guess new computer and printer that is not HP will have to be purchased. Thanks alot.
