Product: HP 4520S
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

Printer and computer works well since 2015 but after 4 years, the printer won’t print so I uninstalled the printer and tried reinstalling but won’t detect the printer software despite of the correct internet connection for both laptop and printer. No issues with bluetooth or wifi. Getting frustrated as same thing is happening on another HP computer where I’m trying to install it. Help is needed! Thanks
