Hi 

I have an officejet 6970 that I am unable to get to print in colour. Received brand new/official inks yesterday and still not able to print in colour. Have tried changing properties & uninstalling/reinstalling the printer. Is anyone able to help? The virtual agent is not at all helpful!

Can you copy in colour? That will eliminate possible computer/driver issue from printer issue.

If you can copy in colour download and run print and scan doctor from HP and run it.

No, to copy is black and white too. Tried brand new cartridges too

Then you have a printer problem, nothing related to a computer so uninstalling software /driver can't help you in any way.

Try to reset the printer to factory defaults.
