Recently upgraded my Apple desktop to macOS Big Sur version 11.0.1 and I have lost the ability to print in color. Even though document selected shows in color when you select print the image changes too black and white. Looking for suggestions. Apple referred me to HP

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to print in color.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you uninstall the printer driver from your computer and then download and install the driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
