HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP 5800dn Printer

I have a brand new HP Color LaserJet MFP 5800dn that will not print in color. It has toner, the Supplies Status report prints in color, it is using the latest driver and firmware listed on it's HP product support page, but every print job sent to it is in black and white with no option from the user's side to select color. Within it's web interface, I don't see any settings that is restricting it from printing in color either. Since it can print report pages in color, I'm assuming it's not a hardware issue and is something driver related.

When trying to change it from Greyscale to Color in the Advanced printer settings, it gives a "PC_DEVICE_RENDER_TYPE: Monochrome" error and doesn't allow the setting to change. Screenshots listed below. Has anyone encountered this problem before and found a way to fix it? I contacted HP support about the issue, but their troubleshooting steps were things we have already tried. They ended up suggesting us try the HP Universal Printing PS (v7.2.0) but it is a Type 3 driver so we are blocked from using them where I work.

Thanks! It works after changing that setting.
