Hi @Igor77y,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

To print multiple pages or posters (e.g., a 4x4 layout) on your HP LaserJet CP1025nw, follow these steps to explore different methods:

Method 1: Use HP Printer Software

Ensure you have the latest printer driver and software from the HP support website. Sometimes, installing the full-feature software and driver package can unlock additional printing options.

Download and Install Latest Drivers:

  • Go to the HP support page for your printer.
  • Download and install the latest full-feature driver and software package for your operating system.

Access Printer Preferences:

  • Open the document you want to print.
  • Go to File > Print.
  • Select your HP LaserJet CP1025nw from the list of printers.
  • Click on Printer Properties or Preferences.

Check for Layout Options:

  • In the Printer Preferences window, look for any tabs or sections that mention "Layout," "Finishing," or "Poster Printing."
  • If available, adjust the settings to enable multi-page or poster printing.

Method 2: Use Adobe Acrobat Reader (For PDFs)

If you're printing a PDF, Adobe Acrobat Reader has built-in poster printing capabilities.

Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader:

  • Download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader if you don't already have it.
  • Open your PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Print Settings in Acrobat Reader:

  • Go to File > Print.
  • Select your HP LaserJet CP1025nw.
  • In the print dialog, click on the Poster button under the Page Sizing & Handling section.
  • Adjust the Tile Scale to your desired percentage (e.g., 100% for full size).
  • Set the Overlap if you want some margin for easier assembly.
  • Preview the output to ensure it meets your requirements.
  • Click Print to start printing the poster.

Method 4: Print Using Microsoft Paint (For Images)

For images, you can use Microsoft Paint to print a large image across multiple pages.

Open Image in Paint:

  • Open your image in Microsoft Paint.

Print Settings in Paint:

  • Go to File > Print > Page Setup.
  • In the Page Setup window, under the Scaling section, select Fit to and enter the number of pages wide and tall you want (e.g., 4x4 for 16 pages).
  • Click OK.
  • Go to File > Print and print your image.

If this does not help, I recommend you contact phone support.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
