Product: HP Smart Tank 7302 All-in-One

Community, please help. As Costco members I have tried with their tech support reps and after several attempts, they advised me to replace the HP Smart Tank series 7300 for another one. I uninstalled and reinstalled maybe 3 times going to 123.hp.com and following any steps to connect the printer with USB cable.  I can only print when file downloaded to file, but when trying to print an attachment received via email , it shows an error " pc is trying to connect to printer. Also, I can not print any documents from my external memory strick

Hi @FirstChicago 

You may need to install Full software drivers for your printer.

 

Please instal the next Full drivers:
