Hi @oleksa1363,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code UU_400_EB000U0701 indicates that the printer model or a specific feature (like HP+ or Instant Ink) isn't supported in your region. However, you can likely bypass HP Smart's region-based restrictions and set up the printer for basic USB printing without using the unsupported features.
Here are steps to resolve the issue:
Uninstall HP Smart and Driver Components
- Uninstall the HP Smart app and any associated software from your computer.
- On Windows, go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program, locate anything related to HP, and remove it.
Reinstall Without HP Smart
- Visit the HP Software and Driver Downloads page and search for the LaserJet M110we.
- Download the basic drivers for your printer. Avoid any software labeled "HP Smart."
Set Up the Printer Manually (USB Connection)
- Connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable.
- During the manual driver installation:
- Choose the USB connection option.
- Skip any steps related to HP account creation, registration, or online features.
Disable Online Features (Optional)
If the printer requires an HP account and online setup but this feature is unavailable in your region:
- Disconnect the printer from Wi-Fi if it’s already connected (use the control panel on the printer or reset Wi-Fi settings).
- Ensure the printer operates in USB-only mode to avoid unnecessary prompts for registration or cloud-based features.
Confirm Functionality
- Print a test page to confirm that the printer works via USB.
- If there are issues, ensure the driver version matches your operating system and check the printer settings.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
