HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

Recently I got as a gift an HP ENVY 6000 All-in-One Printer series, the person who game me the printer said that he wasn’t able to use it, he never motioned why, I made the factory reset, then the HP Secure Erase to start the setup, everything was running smoothly until the last step, I got this error “Error Code: UA_400_EB000U0410”, the first time I tried through the HP Smart app with my iPhone, the second time I tried using my Mac. This time I logged in as administrator though the IP of the printer, check if there was an firmware update missing, I proceed to reset the printer again using the HP Secure Erase, Started the setup again but now from the HP Smart  for Desktop. Got the same error as before. As I read from some forums the error is related to the HP+ service.

So I got a big message from the app and says “Unable to register the printer to your account”. The printer is unable to print anything because of the error at registration.
