Hello, 

I ran out of ink in my printer and refilled the cartridges myself but HP Smart does not recognize them as full... Is it a way how to make the printer accept refilled cartridges?

If not, I am happy to sign up for Instant Ink program but when I try to complete the application, I am getting this error, although I am the only user of the printer and there is no other account ever used with my printer: 

 

Unable to register the printer to your account

This printer is associated with another account. You can use this printer and the HP Smart app to print, scan, copy, and more, but you will not have access to cloud features like Print Anywhere.

HP will provide information in the future when you can request access to use cloud features of this printer.

Error Code: UA 400 EB000U0004
 
Please help me to get my printer working 🙂
