Hi @Sukigirl

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand how frustrating it must feel to be unable to register your HP Envy 6432e, especially after the previous owner removed their details. You’ve already tried to move forward, and seeing that error code can be discouraging.

Let’s go through clear steps together so you can complete the registration successfully.

Step 1: Sign in with a Fresh HP Account

  1. Go to the HP registration page: Register Your HP Product
  2. Sign in with your own HP account.
    • If you don’t have one, select Create Account and set up a new profile.
  3. Once signed in, select Register a Product.

Step 2: Enter Product Information

  1. On the registration form, enter the serial number of your HP Envy 6432e.
    • You can find the serial number on the back of the printer or inside the cartridge access area.
  2. Enter the product number (usually listed near the serial number).
  3. Complete the form with your details and submit.

Step 3: Clear Previous Registration Data

Since the printer was previously registered, cached details may interfere:

  1. Disconnect the printer from your network temporarily.
  2. Restart the printer and your computer.
  3. Reconnect the printer and attempt registration again through the HP App or the HP registration page.

Step 4: Use HP App for Setup

  1. Install the HP App on your Windows or macOS device.
  2. Open the app and add your HP Envy 6432e.
  3. During setup, the app will prompt you to register the printer.
  4. Complete the registration directly through the app.

Guide: Install and Use the HP App

Step 5: Browser Troubleshooting

If the error persists:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  2. Try registering using a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari).
  3. Ensure your internet connection is stable during registration.

By following these steps, you should be able to register your HP Envy 6432e under your own account without the previous owner’s details interfering.
