HP G5370uk
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The computer keeps losing its connection with the printer (wireless or USB) and following advice on the HP Community page, tried to do a printer reset and whilst uninstalling the software reached a point where the following message appeared; "Call to DriverPackageUninstall returned error 5 for package". Followed further advice for this problem but warned not to continue if it was an HP Computer and now stuck and don't know what to do, help!

@camdb, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I see that you have issues with removing the printer drivers from the computer and it returns an error, I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve your issue.

Please follow the post by one of our experts below to uninstall the HP software:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Software-and-Drivers/driverpackageuninstall-returned-error-5-f...

Once completing the uninstall, reinstall the HP Software and check for any difference.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
