Unable to remove M110w printer from my account

Hello, my subscription has ended and I tried to remove the printer.

However, I could not because hp smart app message says

"Your HP LaserJet M110w is enrolled in HP Instant Ink and can't be removed until your subscription is cancelled"

Please solve this error quickly. I posted the same issue few weeks ago

but the agent (Sneha_01) did not reply to my private message.

I need another agent to solve the issue. Thank you.
