Product: HP OfficeJet 9012e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When trying to change the scan to email settings, it is asking for the username and password. I've tried numerous combinations with no luck. I've also factory reset the printer, but it still isn't logging in. Can someone help me with this issue?

Could you share an image of the screen requesting the username and password?
