Hi,
I can print a Self Test page offline. When I try to add the printer on Windows 11 computer, it adds the PLC 5 driver, and will not print a test page.
When i tried to install the upd-pcl6-x64-7.8.0.26261, which I downloaded from HP for the LaserJet2200D, it fails to upgrade. I tried over and over again.

Thanks for taking time to look at this.
We like HP printers, and want to keep them going.
