Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to start web services on HP Officejet 8600 Plus

Model Number: CM750A

I also unable to update to the latest firmware. I get the "Not applicable" message":

I checked the list of affected printers to stop web services and my printer is not listed there: HP printers - Web Services stop working | HP® Customer Support

I also noticed my firmware starts with CKP while the downloaded one starts with CLP. Could that be why the Firmware doesn't update?
