Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer

I am looking for how to turn off automatic updates of my printer HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 printer.

 

IThe function of turning off Automatic Updates is avaliable, but it is locked / grayed out.

When I try to turn off auto-update from the printers contril panel, I get this message "This feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer"

 

I can guarantee that I did not lock this out when I originally set up the printer.

 

I have tried turning off HP ePrint webserives, but that did not help.

 

What else can I do?
