Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g

Unable to update firmware on HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911g model CM750A firmware [Personal Information Removed]. I can't use any original or third party cartridges. It said that one or more cartridges appear to be damaged.  When I put original cartridges one by one I can see their information on web ui. When I put all them to gather I got above error. I reset the printer in special menu, no chance.  I also enabled web services via same special menu (4 click for return button) but setup wizard failed without any detail message.

I tried to clean print head back side pins, no chance.

 

I know that there is same subject but it closed without solution.

 

I am looking a option for updating/downgrading firmware on chip.
