Every time that I try to update the print apps at the printer I get a message,”The list of print apps on this printer could not be updated. Try again later. “

Hi @BMG1,

I'd like to help!

I understand you are unable to update the printer apps.

Printer apps are added and updated on your printer from the printer control panel.

  1. Tap the Apps, Printer Apps, or HP Printables icon on your touchscreen printer control panel.

A list of printer apps currently installed on your printer displays.

  2. Scroll to the right and tap the Get More icon to check for any new apps or app updates.

If the issue persists,

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
