HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 All-in-One

OfficeJet pro 7740 All-in-One printer acknowledges print job from all three of my computer devices.  However, when I send a print job to the Printer, the monitor shows "printing' with a circle eternally spinning.  Tried HP Print & Scan Doctor with no success. Rebooted numerous times with no success.  It was suggested I reset my Printer back to the factory settings.  Used the printer dashboard to get to "WiFi Set Up"  but was unable to unlock the Wireless Set Up Wizard.  Response was "this action was locked during the set up process".   Any thoughts?

I understand that you are facing issues with wifi setup.

 

Please restore n/w settings and reconnect the printer to the network

 

 

1.      Turn off the Router, Printer, and computer/ mobile devices.  

2.      Wait for 60 seconds.  

3.      Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.  

4.      Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.  

 

If the issue still persists, perform the Semi-Full Reset. I have sent you a private message.
