Hi @MaryBeth7, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Since you recently updated your system and now see the "unavailable driver" error on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e, follow these steps to fix the issue:

Uninstall the Printer Driver

  1. Press Windows + R, type devmgmt.msc, and press Enter.
  2. Expand Print queues or Printers.
  3. Right-click on HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e and select Uninstall device.
  4. Check Delete the driver software for this device and click Uninstall.
  5. Restart your computer.

Remove Old Printer Software

  1. Press Windows + R, type appwiz.cpl, and press Enter.
  2. Find HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e or HP Smart, then click Uninstall.
  3. Restart your PC after uninstallation.

Reinstall the Latest HP Driver

  1. Download the full feature driver from HP’s official site:
👉 HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e Drivers
  2. Install the driver and follow the on-screen instructions.

Check Windows Updates

  1. Go to Settings > Windows Update.
  2. Click Check for updates and install any available updates.
  3. Restart your computer.

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor

  1. Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.
  2. Open the tool and let it diagnose and fix any driver or connection issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
