I have HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 which is 3 months old was working OK via Wifi. But suddenly can not print anything from MS Offices, PDF, Images etc.. When I print image it give me this error ''your printer has experienced an unexpected configuration problem 0x8000ffff'' When I try to print the any documement I get this error' We couldno't print because there is doesn't to be a printer is installed'' So I have uninstall and reinstall driver but it installed properly and I can print a test page from 'HP assistant software driver' and HP Doctor but NOT a document, image etc.... I follow a few of suggestion here to remove driver by using printui.exe s method etc...but nothing has worked! Please help asap.

@abudist, Welcome to HP Support Community!
To provide you with an accurate solution, I would like to know the following:
- Did you make any changes to your computer or the printer recently?
- Do you have an antivirus or security software installed on your computer?
- Does the error appear on the printer or on the computer?
- Have you tried making photocopies on the printer?
Meanwhile, try the following troubleshooting steps-
Update your PC
Go to Windows Update and download/install the latest drivers for your computer.
Update the printer firmware
HP regularly releases new printer firmware versions with product enhancements or issue fixes. Depending on your printer, apps on the printer control panel might also receive updates. Update firmware and apps on a regular basis to make sure you are getting the most out of your printer. Refer to this document for help.
Download and run the Microsoft Windows Troubleshooters
If you are still facing issues and none of the solutions are working, try using System Restore. To do a system restore, follow Recovery options in Windows 10.
Let me know if you need any further assistance.
Cheers 🙂
