HP Recommended

I returned my hp Envy printer to Curry's as it was on instant replacement as it jammed.

My new replacement uses different inks so I don't want hp sending previous printers inks.

I cannot login as I don't have the serial number of the old printer.

Also it won't accept new password or code.

I'm thinking of taking the new printer back and getting a canon instead.

Very poor set up service.
