I bought a new Hp Printer to replace the HP Officejet Pro 8600 and uninstalled the drivers for the old printer and every time I restart my computer I get a popup that says "There was a problem starting c:\Program files\hp\hp Officejet Pro 8600 \BIN\HPStatus bl.dll" I went to the location in the program files and deleted the entry for the Hp Officejet 8600 and the popup still comes up when I restart the computer, The printer is not listed in the startup apps list, What can I do to eliminate the popup???

Let's try to do a root uninstall and reinstall of the software:
Unplug any USB cable, if any, before doing this.
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo
14.) Type c:/programdata and click Ok. Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
15.) Restart the computer.
Once done, please download and install the software from here:

I would like to report that the information provided by Betty0610 corrected the problem, However the link to reinstall the drivers for my printer did not work as I was unable to find a tab to download the drivers, I was able to locate them in my download folder from my original installation and was able install them successfully, Also for some unknown reason I was not able until now, to get a reply button to work, Before now when I clicked on the reply tab I was taken to the Support home page not to the reply window, I had the same problem yesterday and had to submit a new post in order to communicate with the community, also when I signed in it took me to the support home page, It is very frustrating to have go through this!!!!
