HP LaserJet M880 MFP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello group, Recently I started to work for another company, and this company have a huge HP M880 MFP. So, the last IT locked this printer with admin password and now, he is not able to remember.

Right now,  I am not able to access to printer´s config using my internet browser, I only am able to access to Information section.

I reset printer to factory defaults using the touch panel options but password lock still working. I need to know how to make an effective reset to that M880, a reset able to clean all passwords. I found many posts in community but solutions are in Private Messages, I am not able to access to solutions.

Hello, I found this option to HP Setup when printer starts.

When printer starts you must touch in HP logo and you may acces to setup, then you are able to change admin password and other things like full reset.
