Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I am not having any problems that I'm aware of other than Windows alerting me to a missing driver for an unknown device. A little hunting turned up the below. Apparently it has something to do with FAX, which I only very rarely use. (It's been months.)

HP Recommended

I simply went to the device manager list and removed the two offending devices. Nothing stpped working and I stopped getting warnings from Wimdows that  I had missing drivers.

Download and install the Full Featured Software and Drivers from the HP web site for your OS.  Now try.

That made no diffeence.
