HP ENVY 6052 All-In-One Printer

I had 12 unknown sheets of prints come through my printer and I did not print them. I asked the only other person in my home of they did and they said they did not either. The prints appear to be 12 weeks of stripper pole work out schedule. (POLEFreaks)

Is there a way I can find out who printed them?

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that your printer is printing unknown prints, I am glad to assist you.

Follow these steps to fix the issue:-

Reset the printer

  • Resetting the printer can often resolve printing issues.
  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the power source.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
  • NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
  • Try to print.

Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor
